With the success of her own makeup line, Alicia is currently under contract with Mylife.net as the Director of their Beauty Division to create a cosmetic and makeup line entitled “WIN”.

She has spoken on the stages of prestigious institutions like Harvard, West Point and Notre Dame to business professional, entrepreneurs and leaders. Her inspiring messages have gotten rave reviews.
