Alicia Williams

Alicia is a Trainer, Speaker and Early Education Coach with Training Source One. Alicia has over 24 years’ early education experience in training and development. In addition to completing her Management and Leadership studies through Nova South Eastern University earning a Master in Leadership degree she has hands- on classroom and management knowledge. Alicia has a passionate belief that people are the key to success in any organization. Alicia possesses a flexible, action-oriented, and practical approach in working as a consultant, facilitator and training specialist. She is dedicated to assisting individuals and organizations to achieve their professional development goals.

Her work includes a variety of strategic consulting services such as professional development planning as well as training and facilitation. In her role as a training professional, Alicia is responsible for creating effective curriculum that improve outcomes of organizational teams. Alicia has been involved in a number of initiatives that support culture of development including coaching managers, leading inter-disciplinary teams responsible to build, manage and train staff, facilitating meetings and retreats that focus on employee engagement, team building, readiness for change and performance development.
